About Rhys

Rhys Menzel

Performance Coach · Creator of CaliFlow · 3x Ninja Warrior

Rhys has 16 years of personal training experience, 10 years of teaching yoga and has run his own yoga studio. He has appeared on Ninja Warrior three times and has worked with over 3,000 students across his programs, both in person and online.

After going all in on his app and his mission, Rhys developed CaliFlow. A complete system that blends functional strength, yoga, Tai Chi, breathwork, mobility and biohacking into one approach designed to make you feel unrecognisable. Stronger, clearer and more energised than you ever thought was still possible.

Common questions

Is this really free?

Yes, completely. No credit card, no catch. Rhys wants as many people as possible to experience the method firsthand.

Will there be a replay?

No. This is a live-only event. The energy and interaction of a live session is core to the experience. If you can't make it, keep an eye out for future dates.

What do I need to prepare?

Just a quiet space, comfortable clothes, and an open mind. No equipment needed. You'll do some light movement, so a small area to stand and stretch is helpful.

I'm not flexible at all. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Most of Rhys's students start exactly there. The method meets you wherever you are and builds from your current baseline.

What time zone is the class in?
